Study sees need for 5,200 new housing units in Sherburne County

A recently completed Sherburne County housing study identifies the need for 5,200 new housing units county-wide in the upcoming years.

The 245-page study was done by Maxfield Research and Consulting in Minnetonka. It projects housing demand through 2030 and provides recommendations on the amount and type of housing that could be built in Sherburne County to satisfy demand from current and future residents, according to the report.
