At the Dec. 16 meeting, the St. Francis City Council approved a resolution to regulate cannabis businesses under the City Code, amidst the continued rollout of the statewide legalization of cannabis use and sale. The vote was 5-0.

The resolution states that the city is adding Section 13 of Chapter 6 to the City Code for this purpose.
