Parking has been a longtime woe in Excelsior, with concerns at the forefront of many city council meetings and coming from the mouths of residents and business owners.

City staff from Excelsior gave the Excelsior City Council further information about the Walker Parking Study in anticipation of Walker Consultants coming to a future meeting to present their recommendations on improving the situation.
