At the Nov. 4 meeting, the Blaine City Council unanimously approved a conditional use permit for Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping.

The CUP, for a building on 94th lane that the fitness center will occupy, is zoned under Light Industrial, and is directly south of the airport, according to City Planner Sheila Sellman. The building currently only houses a contractor, alongside other vacant tenant space, and the CUP is for 3,175 out of the 12,500 square feet in the building.
