Postcards related to the 2025 Dakota County Residential Survey were mailed the week of Jan. 13. The survey gives residents the opportunity to rate county services, share their priorities and identify community strengths and concerns.

Surveys will be mailed to 7,000 randomly selected residential addresses throughout the county. Residents can rate the quality of life and their satisfaction with county government. They can also share their views on Dakota County programs and amenities and their funding priorities.
