Elsa Segura, of Fridley, pleaded guilty on Sept. 24 to kidnapping charges connected to the 2021 killing of Monique Baugh. She will receive a maximum sentence of 240 months at the state correctional facility in Shakopee.

Segura entered the guilty plea on Sept. 23. She plead guilty to kidnapping to cause great bodily harm, as well as two counts of liability for crimes of another, one intentional and another reasonably foreseeable.
