Outgoing Mayor Sheri Bukkila and Council Members Randy Nelson and Ted Butler were recognized with plaques by Andover, delivered and presented by City Engineer David Berkowitz.

Starting with Nelson, Berkowitz said that he was a four-year council member elected in 2020, and that he had done a good job managing the growth of the city. He also thanked him for being a big supporter of the new roadway infrastructure that Andover was planning, as well as new groundwork that set the city up for the next eight years on the roads.
