BLANCHARD 65th Wedding Anniversary Congratulations to Richard Dean and Elaine Margaret Blanchard on Celebrating their 65th Wedding Anniversary in October. Richard and Elaine were married October 25, 1952. They have been residents of Burnsville for 50 years. They are the proud parents of six children; and proud grandparents of one grandson. They credit their 65 year marriage to good humor and humble tolerance.
