The City of Ramsey announced on their Facebook on September 25th that the south roundabout at Sunfish Boulevard was open.

The City of Ramsey stated that the traffic signal at Riverdale Drive was removed, and that the eastbound Highway 10 entrance and exit ramps were open to traffic to provide access to Riverdale Drive. They added that drivers can expect closures in between Armstrong Boulevard and Thurston Avenue in both directions of Highway 10 while the project is being completed.
