MINUTES OF THE
JUNE 11, 2024 SCHOOL
BOARD REGULAR MEETING
This is an abridged version
of the June 11, 2024 School
Board Regular Meeting minutes.
The complete version can be

the District Services Center in the
Superintendent’s office.
A. Chairperson Easter called the
meeting to order at 7:00pm.
B. The agenda was approved as
presented.
C. Chairperson Easter read
aloud the events as listed in the
agenda.
D. The items of the consent
agenda were approved including
minutes, bills paid, and personnel
items.
E. Dr. Ronneberg introduced
Lindsay Johnson as the new Park
Terrace Elementary School principal. The Panther Foundation presented a donation check to the
Board.
F. Mr. Will Wackman, SLPHS
Athletics Director, shared an overview of the 2023-24 winter and
spring athletics and activities.
Ms. Colleen Pederson, Director of
Community Education and Outreach, shared on overview of summer programming being offered.
Ms. Amy Schultz, Executive Director of Business Services, presented the monthly financial report for
April. Dr. Ronneberg reported on
end of year activities.
G. Action items
1. The 2024-25 proposed budget was approved.
2. Submission of the FY26
Long-Term Facilities Maintenance
Revenue was approved.
3. The 2024-25 Annual QComp
Memorandum of Understanding
was approved.
4. Resolution relating to termination and non-renewal of probationary teaching contracts was
approved.
5. Resolution certifying the
population estimate for the 2024
payable 2025 levy of ISD16 was
approved.
6. The 2023-24 revised budget
was approved.
7. Gifts to the district were acknowledged and approved.
H. School board members
shared updates, as well as thanks
to student representatives on the
board.
