CITY OF EMPIRE ORDINANCE NO. 2024-6 SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The City of Empire City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2024-6, amending the City of Empire Zoning Ordinance on December 10, 2024, and approved this summary for publication. SECTION 8 - EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance was adopted by the Empire City Council this 10th day of December, 2024 and shall be effective upon publication.
