CITY OF ANDOVER COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Andover will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Andover City Hall, 1685 Crosstown Blvd. NW, Andover, to review the following request: Public Hearing: Consider City Code Amendment City Code 12-14-8: Off Street Parking Requirements City of Andover (Applicant) The proposed City Code Amendments would establish minimum width requirements for residential driveways including requirements relative to clear width and heights and emergency vehicle access. There are several ways to participate in this process. Members of the public can attend the public hearing, send a letter, or e-mail to be added to the public record. Please send all e-mail comments to publiccomments@andovermn.gov with the subject line City Code by 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.
