CITY OF BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 1612 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE BURNSVILLE CITY CODE, BEING THE ZONING TITLE OF THE CITY OF BURNSVILLE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 5,120 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH TWO DRIVE-THROUGHS IN THE AURORA VILLAGE CENTER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AURORA INVESTMENTS, LLC CASE FILE NO. DEV-24-11 The City Council of the City of Burnsville, Minnesota ordains as follows: Section 1. Title 10 of the Burnsville City Code is hereby amended to grant Planned Unit Development approval to allow a new 5,120 square foot commercial building with two drive-throughs in accordance with the Amended Planned Unit Development Agreement on file in the City Clerks office dated June 4, 2024, for the following described property located within the City of Burnsville, Minnesota: Lot 2, Block 2, Aurora Village Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota Section 2. Uses listed in the underlying zoning district as permitted and/or accessory uses are allowed in addition to the specific use(s) in the approved Planned Unit Development. Section 3. The zoning map of the City of Burnsville referred to and described in said Title 10, shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the Community Development Director or his/her designee shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerks office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning provided for in this ordinance and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication according to law.
