NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
CODE AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City of
Ramsey will hold a public hearing
on Thursday, September 26th, 2024,
at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal
Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW,
Ramsey, MN 55303.
The purpose of the hearing
is to consider a request for an
amendment to Section 106-105
– Definitions, for the definition of
“manufacturing” to include indoor
state-registered cannabis cultivation.
The City of Ramsey complies
with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request,
information will be provided in an
alternative form and interpreters
will be available. Any person with
such a request should contact Abdi
Sahal at 763-433-9824 by noon on
Wednesday, September 18th, 2024.
All interested persons are invited
to attend and comment on the
proposed requests. If attending

admittance into the meeting. To
