NOTICE OF PUBLIC LAND SALE The City of Burnsville seeks solicitation of offers for a property located at 14751 Portland Avenue South. The parcel is guided in the city's 2040 Comprehensive Plan as Low Density Residential (2-6 units per acre) and is currently zoned R-2 (two family residential district), PUD (Planned Unit Development). There was a 2006 approval for a 6-lot single family detached townhome development. At minimum, any changes from the original proposal will require a PUD amendment and Preliminary/Final Plat.
