Monjeau, aka Annette Colleen Monjeau, Deceased. NOTICE IS GIVEN that a petition signed by Eric C. Dammeyer, for an Order for formal probate of will and formal appointment of personal representative ("Petition"), has been filed with the Court. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised the Petition may be granted. IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition will be heard on January 9, 202 5 at 10:30 a.m., by this Court at Dakota County Judicial Center, 1560 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota.
