NOTICE IS GIVEN that a petition signed by Eric C. Dammeyer,
for an Order for formal probate of
will and formal appointment of personal representative (“Petition”),
has been filed with the Court.
Any objections to the Petition
must be filed with the Court prior
to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or
raised the Petition may be granted.
IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition will be heard on January 9,
202 5 at 10:30 a.m., by this Court
at Dakota County Judicial Center,
1560 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota. The hearing will be held via
Zoom.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and
Notice is also given that
1. Notice shall be given to all
interested persons (MINN. STAT.
§524.1-401) and persons who have
filed a demand for notice pursuant
to MINN. STAT. §524.3-204.
2. Notice shall be given by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order
by U.S. Postal Service at least 14
days prior to the hearing date; and
by Publishing this Notice and Order
in accordance with law.
3. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative
must be filed with the Court, and
any properly filed objection will be
heard by the Court after notice is
provided to interested persons of
the date of hearing on the objection.
4. Unless objections are filed,
and unless the Court orders otherwise, Eric C. Dammeyer, whose
address is 1116 Link Lane, NC
28571will be appointed as the personal representative and will have
the full power to administer the
estate, including, after thirty (30)
days from the issuance of letters
testamentary, the power to sell,
encumber, lease, or distribute any
interest in real estate owned by the
decedent.
5. Notice is further given that,
subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801,
all creditors having claims against
the decedent’s estate are required
to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court
within four (4) months after the date
of this notice or the claims will be
barred.
