CITY OF ROSEMOUNT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Stordahl Partnership, LLLP, located at 2501, 2011 and 2521 158th Circle West, legally described as follows: Lots 6, 7 & 8, Block 1, Biscayne Business Park, as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Dakota County, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a request by Keystone Development Partners LLC. for a site plan review to construct 5 multi-tenant warehouse buildings. Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
