CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE #24-11 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL/CONVEY FOURTEEN (14) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: PURPOSE: It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the Citys purposes. This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter.
