CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROJECT #24-125: 8324 159th LANE NW TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to allow a minimum lot area due to a lot line adjustment between 8310 and 8324 159th LN NW. The properties are legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 4, Forest Hideaway, Anoka County, Minnesota; and Lot 2, Block 4, Forest Hideaway, Anoka County, Minnesota (the parcel where the variance is requested). The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Abdi Sahal at 763-433-9824 by noon on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. If attending remotely, please identify yourself with your first and last name before admittance into the meeting.
