Chair Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Christensen, DeWilde, Gorman, Storlie, Johnson, Superintendent Berg and Student Member Abaye and Coyer were present. Other staff and community members were also present. Consent Agenda items approved: Certified employments, leaves of absence; non-certified employments, resignations; extra-curricular resignations; 11/25/24 School Board Meeting minutes, closure of kindergarten at Meadowview Elementary to open enrollment and in-district transfers, miscellaneous wage sheet and gifts and donations. Informational Items: Superintendent, student school board member, and finance committee update. Superintendent's mid-year evaluation process, 2025 school board assignments, and Payable 2025 School Tax Levy Hearing. Administrative Action Approved: Secondary course changes and authorization of School District Levy for 2025. Policy Action: Board members adopted Policy 620, 706, 1012.
