MAYVILLE TOWNSHIP
ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Mayville Township, County of Houston,
State of Minnesota that the Annual Election
of Town Officers and the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019.
In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the
third Tuesday in March. Being March 19,
2019. The Election Poll hours will be from
5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at which time the voters will elect:
One Township Supervisor (3 year term)
One Township Supervisor (1 year term)
to fill a vacancy in term expiring March 10,
2020.
One Township Treasurer (2 year term).
The Annual Town Meeting, at which qualified
electors will vote on the Township Tax Levy
for 2020 and will transact other business
prescribed by MN. Statue, will convene after
8:00 P.M. as soon as the Board of Canvass
has counted the votes.
The Annual Election and the Annual Meeting will be held at the Mayville Town Hall at
203 S. History Lane Caledonia, Minnesota.
