CITY OF APPLE VALLEY ORDINANCE NO. 1132 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF APPLE VALLEY, MINNESOTA, AMENDING TITLE XI, ENTITLED "BUSINESS REGULATIONS" OF THE CITY CODE BY ADDING CHAPTER 121 REGARDING CANNABIS AND HEMP RETAIL BUSINESS REGISTRATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 1132 passed by the City Council of Apple Valley on October 24, 2024: Chapter XI of the City Code is amended by adding a new Chapter 121 which establishes registration requirements, registration fees, and compliance checks for cannabis retail businesses.
