CITY OF BLAINE SECOND READING ORDINANCE: ORD 24-2565 Second Reading Second Reading Ordinance Approving the Sale of 2043 105th Avenue NE THE CITY OF BLAINE DOES ORDAIN: (Added portions are underscored and deleted portions are shown in overstrike.) WHEREAS, the City of Blaine acquired 2043 105th Avenue on August 9, 2024; and WHEREAS, the master developer of the 105th Avenue Redevelopment Project desires to acquire land owned by the City of Blaine and Blaine Economic Development Authority; and WHEREAS, a purchase agreement has been prepared identifying certain terms and conditions of the sale. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine hereby approves the sale of 2043 105th Avenue in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement and hereby authorizes the mayor and city manager to authorize necessary documents related to the sale.
