NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
St. Francis Planning Commission
will be holding a public hearing on
September 18, 2024 to seek comments regarding an amendment
to an approved interim use permit
(IUP) for grading on land owned by
the Northrop Grumman Systems
Corporation. The applicant has requested to extend the deadline of
the IUP for an additional two years
to October 2026 due to ongoing
cleanup of munitions in the area.
The meeting will begin at 7:00
p.m. and will be held in-person at
the School District Services Center at 4115 Ambassador Blvd NW,
St. Francis, MN 55070. All persons
wishing to be heard on the above
items should attend the meeting.
Written comments may be submitted to the City no later than 7:00
p.m. on Friday, September 13th;
or emailed to Beth Richmond at
(beth@hkgi.com) no later than noon
on the day of the meeting. Materials regarding the above items are
available upon request.
