CITY OF COON RAPIDS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council for the City of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following: Establishment of a Housing Improvement Area over Village Manor Condominium Association for improvements which the townhouse association will contract for the work, the City intends to loan the townhouse association funds to complete the project, and the loan to be repaid by property owners in the Housing Improvement Area. Terms of the loan will be disclosed prior to passing the ordinance establishing the Housing Improvement Area. All City Costs to be paid by the townhouse association. Said hearing will be held on the 15th day of October, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the City Council may hear the matter, at the City Center Council Chambers, 11155 Robinson Drive, in the City of Coon Rapids. All persons owning housing units in the proposed area that would be subject to fee for housing improvements will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
