NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Andover
will hold a public hearing at 7:00
p.m., or as soon thereafter as can
be heard, on Tuesday, October 8,
2024, at Andover City Hall, 1685
Crosstown Blvd. NW, Andover, to
review the following request:
Public Hearing: Consider Interim Use Permit (IUP) Request – In
Home Beauty Salon – 1361 139th
Ave NW – Kami Hirschey (Applicant)
The applicant is seeking Interim
Use Permit (IUP) approval to operate an in home beauty salon out of
their residential property located at
1361 139th Ave NW. See City Code
12-9-7-A for additional information
regarding City Code requirements
for the proposed salon.
There are several ways to participate in this process. Members
of the public can attend the public hearing, send a letter, or e-mail
to be added to the public record.
