PUBLIC NOTICE OF ABANDONED VEHICLE (OFFICIAL PUBLICATION) NOTICE OF SALE The personal property as follows, to-wit: 1992 Four Winds Camper VIN# N/A Plate# N/A Towed from Hwy 13/ Cliff Rd, Eagan, MN by order of the Minnesota State Patrol on November 20th, 2024. All items will be sold January 20th, 2025 By Marks Towing, City of Eagan, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 1688. The registered owner or lienholder has the right to reclaim the vehicle under section 1688.051. Failure to claim the impounded vehicle under section 1688.051 is deemed to waive any right to reclaim the vehicle and consents to the disposal or sale of the vehicle.
