Stat. sect.sect. 514.18-514.22. 1. Time and Place of Sale: November 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., Amery Companies, Inc., 3575 South Sibley Memorial Highway, Eagan, MN 55122. 2. Description of Property: 2017 Freightliner Cascadia, VIN: KJGLDR6HSHR5351 ("Motor Vehicle"). 3. Grounds for Mechanic's Lien: Amery Companies, Inc. has a mechanic's lien against the Motor Vehicle pursuant to Minn. Stat. sect.sect. 514.18 and 514.19. Amery Companies, Inc expended labor, skill and material on the Motor Vehicle, to repair the Motor Vehicle and has been storing the Motor Vehicle. 4. Amount Due on Date of Sale: $24,897.01. More than ninety (90) days have passed since the amount became due. 5. Prior Notices: On July 17, 2024, Amery Companies, Inc sent the notice required by Minn.
