CITY OF ROSEMOUNT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Stordahl Partnership, LLLP, legally described as: The east 10.00 feet of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated in Lot 6, Block 1, in Biscayne Business Park, as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Dakota County, Minnesota; less the south 10.00 and less the north 31.02 feet of said Lot 6; and The west 10.00 feet of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated in Lot 7, Block 1, in Biscayne Business Park, as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Dakota County, Minnesota; less the south 10.00 and less the north 31.02 feet of said Lot 7; and The east 10.00 feet of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated in Lot 7, Block 1, in Biscayne Business Park, as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Dakota County, Minnesota; less the south 10.00 and less the north 109.84 feet of said Lot 7; and The west 10.00 feet of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated in Lot 8, Block 1, in Biscayne Business Park, as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Dakota County, Minnesota; less the south 10.00 and less the north 109.84 feet of said Lot 8. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a request submitted by Keystone Development Partners, LLC, to vacate the perimeter drainage and utilities easements described above. Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
