CITY OF CALEDONIA, MN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST FOR SETBACK VARIANCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Caledonia, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2024, at the City Hall in the City of Caledonia, Minnesota, to approve set back variances for parcel 21.0534.0001-1 District. The legal description is as follows: Parcel 2 Lots Twelve (12), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16) and Nineteen (19) of block four (4), Northside addition to the City, formally village, of Caledonia, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, in Houston County, Minnesota. This proposal requires consideration of the following variance for Parcel ID 21.0534.000 424 W. Caledonia Street proposing to build welding repair shop in an I-1 zone. -Requesting a side yard setback variance of 25 resulting in a 5 side yard setback. Interested persons may testify in person at the Public Hearing, by written notice, by agent, or by attorney, and may present evidence in favor of, or in opposition to, the above listed items.
