NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING PURSUANT TO MINN STAT. 501C.0203 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT CIVIL DIVISION Court File No. 62-TR-CV-10-38 In Re: the Matter of the HEATHER LORI KANADA IRREVOCABLE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST created under agreement dated March 16, 2017 IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Petition signed by Trustees, Tammy L. Knobbe and Todd K. Knobbe and dated April 17, 2024 has been filed with the Court. The Petition requests an order for the following relief: 1. Settling and allowing the Trustees 10th, 11th and 12th annual accounts and final account for the time period January 12, 2020 through July 22, 2023; 2. Approving and confirming acts of the Trustees in selling or retaining Trust assets, in investing the funds of the Trust in the securities and properties shown in the account, and in charging or crediting disbursements or receipts to principal or income as shown in the account, and, in general, approving and confirming acts of the Trustees in the administration of the Trust covering the continuous administration of the Trust from January 12, 2020 through July 22, 2023. 1. Approving payment from the Trust of reasonable Trustees fees and expenses and reasonable Attorneys fees and expenses incurred in connection with this proceeding, 3. Terminating the Trust and discharging the Trustees and surety; and 4. Granting such other relief as may be proper. 5. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If no objections are filed the Petition may be granted. The Court represents all persons in interest who are minors or incapacitated, or unborn, unascertained or whose identity or address is unknown and not reasonably ascertainable, and has determined that all other persons with an interest in the Trust are represented under sections 501C.0301 to 501C.0304.
