Anoka Conservation District ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Anoka Conservation District (ACD) via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN VirtuBid until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders may view the bid opening via Zoom Virtual Meeting. The Zoom link will be posted prior to the bid opening on ACDs website and is listed at the bottom of this page.
