The photo exhibition, Russia in the World Olympic Movement, opened at the Russian Cultural Centerin Beijing on Friday.
The Russia in the World Olympic Movement exhibition is dedicated to the most colorful moments from past performances by Russian athletes in the winter Olympics as seen by sports photographers of the Rossiya Segodnya Media Group.
These vivid emotions and the intensity of the competition embody the spirit of the Olympic movement; and while we are glimpsing into the past we are waiting for new victories.
There are 40 photographs in total at the exhibition. It was organized by the Russian Embassy in China, the Russian Culturally Center in Beijing, and Sputnik International News Agency and Radio (part of the Rossiya Segodnya Media Group).
The exhibition will be open until March 15.
The Olympic Games in Beijing will take place on February 4-20.
