The Animal Humane Society recently announced the appointment of Wayzata resident and business owner Maha Abouelenein as its newest board member. Abouelenein will be serving a three-year term with the Humane Society and joining nine other business and community leaders on the board.Â
A personal branding expert, CEO, and founder of global communications consulting firm Digital and Savvy, as well as author of the bestselling book "7 Rules of Self-Reliance," Abouelenein has been an animal lover, specifically a dog lover, since she can remember, living with her own shih tzu, Coco, in downtown Wayzata.
